Game Host Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Game Host to join our team. As a key member of our online gaming community, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional player experiences through effective communication and game management.

Job Description

The Game Host will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring games run smoothly and according to current rules;
  • Greeting and acknowledging online players professionally;
  • Communicating clearly in English or Tagalog based on the table's language setting;
  • Protecting game integrity by following established protocols;
  • Handling cards and game equipment properly;
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and grooming standards;
  • FOLLOWING attendance, punctuality, and company policies;
  • Keeping player information confidential;
  • Ensuring the game runs smoothly and correctly;
  • Prioritizing personal and team safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or college level qualification;
  • At least 1 year of online dealing customer service experience;
  • The ability to work flexible or rotating schedules;
  • Physical fitness with good posture, no visible scars, tattoos, or pigmentation;
  • A pleasing personality;
  • Adaptability to unexpected situations, including technical issues;
  • Good time management and knowledge of proper dealing procedures in an online environment;
  • CUSTOMER-FOCUSED skills to ensure a positive gaming experience;
  • A team player attitude with a collaborative mindset.
