About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Medical Executive Assistant with proven executive-level experience in healthcare operations. You will be responsible for streamlining workflows, creating metrics to track staff performance, developing training protocols, and facilitating staff training.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, skilled in advanced report creation and formulas, and comfortable working with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Experience with Athena EHR is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and streamline workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics for staff.
  • Create training protocols, materials, and manuals; conduct staff training sessions.
  • Support management in evaluating workflow effectiveness and identifying improvements.
  • Use advanced Excel functions to create, integrate, and analyze reports.
  • Combine and interpret multiple reports from EHR systems for accurate reporting.
  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including scheduling and documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Executive-level administrative or operations experience in healthcare.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and workflow optimization.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, integrated reporting).
  • Highly computer savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Athena EHR preferred but not required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
