Salary: P60,000 - P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM- 5:00 PM CST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Experience working with medical practices in the US
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced Office 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Email and Calendar, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Visio, Planner)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Nursing background is an advantage

What will you do?

  • Meeting Management - Take notes and maintain meeting minutes.
  • Calendar Management - Manage and update staff calendars.
  • Email Management - Manage shared email folders in MS Outlook and handle Permissions.
  • Task Management - Update due dates, owners, etc., and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and assigning tasks in MS Planner
  • Document Management - Manage documents and organization in SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, PDF
  • Content Creation and Updates - Training material (e.g., Employee Handbook documentation, Flow charts, Job aids, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), Employee agreements, non-disclosure documents, Templates (Word, email, Excel, PPT)
  • Teams Channels Management - Ensure consistency of WBS across all applications (MS Planner, SharePoint, OneNote, Teams)
  • Special Project Management - Use MS OneNote for special projects
  • Excel Management - Creation of reports, tables, and formulas, maintain database and spreadsheets, link multiple sheets to create a summary tab, and assist in budget-expense forecasting.
  • Scribe Assistance - Attend meetings or listen to recordings at 1.5x speed to: transcribe, make notes, summarize, and create outline.
