Technical Support Expert

About the Role

This is a customer-facing position where you'll combine technical troubleshooting skills with clear, empathetic communication. You'll work closely with teams to spot patterns, resolve issues, and improve the customer experience.

In this role, you'll bridge the gap between customers, support teams, and developers. You'll own escalated issues from start to finish, investigating problems, collaborating across teams, and ensuring timely and accurate resolutions for our customers.

You'll handle escalated support tickets through email, chat, and occasionally phone to support customers. Troubleshooting technical issues using internal tools, logs, and APIs will be a key part of your job.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle escalated support tickets to ensure timely and accurate resolutions for customers.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using internal tools, logs, and APIs.
  • Take ownership of escalations from start to finish, working closely with teams to investigate problems and find solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement fixes and improve the customer experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, trends, and solutions.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience providing live chat technical support for a software/SaaS platform.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical details to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working across teams, departments, or multiple brands to solve customer issues.
