Are you a technical problem-solver looking for a challenging role? As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to clients via phone or email, resolving end-user issues related to Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Cloud technologies, Microsoft Office Apps, and networking solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to server, network, and applications technologies, with exposure to various networking manufacturers.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's success.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client IT environments and champion new technologies to solve complex problems.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in IT services, consulting, managed services, or corporate IT departments.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven troubleshooting experience in Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Azure Virtual Desktops.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like ConnectWise, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative problem-solving skills and self-motivation to deliver results.
