Porting Operations Specialist

This role involves managing back-office porting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for handling repetitive data entry tasks with attention to detail and organization.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in porting tasks or similar responsibilities. Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is required.
You will need to troubleshoot and resolve porting-related issues, adapt to updates or changes effectively, and clearly explain complex technical processes to customers. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Become proficient in all aspects of back-office porting operations.
- Handle repetitive data entry tasks with meticulous focus on detail and organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve porting-related issues.
- Follow established procedures and processes closely while adapting to updates or changes effectively.
- Clearly explain complex technical processes to customers.
