Job Title: Property Operations Coordinator

This role requires exceptional organizational skills and strong proactive problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, proficiency with AppFolio or similar tools, and excellent detailed communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Management: Lead the maintenance process from start to finish, including work order (WO) triage, vendor/technician coordination, tracking, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Tenant Relations & Concern Resolution: Proactively resolve tenant concerns and inquiries, serving as a primary remote point of contact for residents.
  • Proactive PM Support & On-Site Coordination: Provide comprehensive remote support to the on-site Property Manager. This involves coordinating all necessary on-site activities, providing detailed instructions, checklists, and scheduling.
  • Data Organization & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate maintenance records and property data within AppFolio, ensuring meticulous organization.
  • Rent Collection: Assist with timely rent collection processing, including sending late notices and supporting collection efforts.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency with AppFolio or similar tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent detailed communication skills.
  • A strong aptitude for administrative support in a remote setting.
