The role of a customer service representative involves providing top-notch support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining open lines of communication.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Providing product information and answering questions
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous customer service experience is highly desirable.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder in Supply Chain, Management, Operations, or Business
- 1-2 years' experience in customer service and order fulfillment processes
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Customer Care functions
- Knowledge and experience using ERP/Order Entry Systems (SAP is an advantage)
- Knowledge and experience using CRM systems preferably (Salesforce is an advantage)
- BASIC MS OFFICE SKILLS
