Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Desk Team Lead located in Metro Manila. The Service Desk Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of the service desk team, ensuring efficient and effective technical support and help desk services for clients. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the team, overseeing customer service efforts, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in managing and leading a Service Desk team
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage client interactions
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
