We specialize in full-service digital solutions—from marketing and creative to customer support and technical execution. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and track cross-functional projects across departments.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for organizing, tracking, and communicating project progress across multiple departments and stakeholders. This includes aligning timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for teams working on email campaigns, social media, customer service initiatives, paid advertising, web development, and creative design. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and confident managing timelines and expectations across teams in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects

  • Scope and define project requirements based on client goals and technical needs

  • Translate client requests into clear tasks and timelines in our project management tool

  • Communicate project status, timelines, and blockers to internal and external stakeholders

  • Coordinate with creative, marketing, technical, and customer service teams to align on deliverables

  • Hold team members accountable for timelines, milestones, and quality standards

  • Lead regular project check-ins and stakeholder updates

  • Ensure work remains aligned to client objectives and overall strategy

What You Bring

Client & Project Leadership

  • 3+ years in a client-facing project or account management role

  • Strong ability to scope work, define goals, and clarify deliverables

  • Experience translating client feedback into actionable internal plans

Communication & Collaboration

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Skilled at keeping both clients and teams informed, aligned, and engaged

  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders with professionalism and confidence

Tools & Workflow Proficiency

  • Hands-on experience with various project management tools

  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, Google Docs, Sheets, etc

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, creative production, and customer support workflows

Accountability & Execution

  • Detail-oriented with a bias for action and follow-through

  • Ability to anticipate issues, flag delays, and drive resolution across teams

  • Proven success managing timelines and hitting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
