We're looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Lead to take the helm of our digital programs and projects. This role drives execution excellence in partnership with our Business Enabling Teams, ensuring seamless and successful delivery of strategic digital initiatives.

Job Summary

As a Digital Delivery Lead, you will manage a portfolio of digital banking projects—ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align scope, strategy, and resources while coaching team members and removing roadblocks along the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple digital initiatives

  • Define scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and resource alignment

  • Optimize resource use to deliver on time, within scope and budget

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members and influence accountability

  • Facilitate project updates, retrospectives, and postmortem analyses

  • Supervise and support SMEs and delivery teams by clearing blockers

  • Oversee review of technical architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise design standards

  • Manage risks, dependencies, and budgets across the project lifecycle

  • Ensure project governance and compliance with internal frameworks

  • Lead change management efforts to adapt to evolving requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience managing large-scale digital or IT projects

  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture and technical design

  • Ability to coach, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams

  • Experience in banking, financial services, or tech-driven environments is a plus
