Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support to clients, resolving complex issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in IT infrastructure support, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Premium, Windows Server Administration, Exchange Server Administration, M365, Teams, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Azure IaaS.
  • Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer environments, ability to communicate effectively at various organizational levels, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify problems, evaluate alternative solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
