Cloud Engineering Opportunity

Job Overview

We seek a seasoned Cloud Engineer to spearhead client engagements and provide technical leadership.

This role is ideal for Sr. Cloud Engineers aiming to take on leadership positions and guide client projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to junior team members in infrastructure projects.
  • Coach and mentor team members in upskilling and confidence building in infrastructure delivery.
  • Build relationships between cloud infrastructure teams and foster collaboration within the practice.
Delivery Support Activities
  • Function as technical delivery oversight with strong consultative skills on multiple client projects.
  • Partner with Delivery Excellence to ensure project milestones align with project plans.
  • Have a strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure solutions and implementation using IaC (Bicep or Terraform).
  • Assist in breaking through project blockers to help the delivery team reach billable targets.
  • Facilitate change orders and project extensions when necessary.
  • Drive alignment across technical mesh points between other 3Cloud practice areas.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies impacting existing 3Cloud offerings.
  • Hold the AZ-305 Cloud Architect certification.
Business Development Leadership
  • Gain exposure to other 3Cloud offerings to position in existing infrastructure projects.
  • Identify new Cloud Infrastructure & Security solution opportunities.
  • Lead and guide infrastructure offerings committees to define and drive standard offerings.
Leveraging Factors for Growth
  • Reach trusted advisor status within multiple accounts to support customer growth in a 'Land & Expand' approach.
  • Lead and guide multiple projects to enable infrastructure team scaling.
  • Support teammates in unblocking projects and remediating escalations.
  • Create reusable artifacts and content for team members to bill time to clients.
