Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Proofreader to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our digital and print deliverables, including scientific posters, PowerPoint presentations, event collateral, and other design and layout projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines.

  • Review and compare digital and print deliverables against client-supplied content to ensure accuracy and correctness.
  • Review formatting to ensure consistent layout and adherence to clients' style and branding guidelines.
  • Identify and mark corrections for revisions.
  • Review revised proofs to ensure all corrections have been implemented.
  • Read and interpret client requests and direction for each project.
  • Produce high-quality work under pressing deadlines and aggressive time demands.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3 years' experience in a related field.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
