Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Financial Services Tax team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing tax advisory services to clients across various subsectors, including Banking and Capital Markets, Investment Management, Real Estate, and Insurance.

Our team provides a wide range of services, including ad hoc advisory assistance, fund and financing structuring, tax due diligence, tax compliance, global information reporting, and assisting with tax disputes. You will have the opportunity to work on complex projects and collaborate with a diverse group of professionals from tax advisors, accountants, lawyers, and economists.

As a leader in the firm, you will be expected to actively seek out developmental opportunities for growth, act as a strong brand ambassador for the firm, share your knowledge and experience with others, and understand the goals of internal and external stakeholders to set personal priorities and align your team's work to achieve objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing tax advisory services to clients
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver projects
  • Acting as a leader in the firm
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tax and finance, legal or accounting background
  • Experience working within financial services is helpful but not essential
  • Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
  • Proven project management skills and ability to work well individually and as part of a team
