Job Overview

We seek a meticulous and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in U.S. Homecare scheduling. Key responsibilities include coordinating appointments, managing staff schedules, and ensuring efficient patient and caregiver coverage.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily schedules for healthcare staff, including nurses, caregivers, and therapists.
  • Communicate with patients, families, and staff to confirm appointments and resolve conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate records in scheduling software and update calendars in real time.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams to align staffing with patient needs.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and healthcare regulations.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in homecare scheduling.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, terminology, and staffing models.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., ClearCare, AlayaCare, HomeTrak).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
