Project Manager Opportunity

We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving eClinical technologies.

Location - Remote or India

Role Overview: The PM will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, aligning with regulatory and compliance standards, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones across device provisioning, data integration, and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, including eCOA platform rollouts, device provisioning, and integration with client systems
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, regulatory, and IT support. Tag and onboard team members for time tracking and task ownership.
  • Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing eClinical or eCOA product implementations.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory compliance, and data privacy.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
