Overview

Project Management Specialist (IT) responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing information technology projects related to development, enhancement, and maintenance of systems and applications at RCBC Bankard Services Corporation.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects related to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of systems and applications.
  • Adhere to established project management methodologies, policies, standards and procedures.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for IT projects.
  • Execute project activities, monitor progress, and manage the project timeline to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Track project budget and manage expenditures to stay within allocated funds.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Oversee testing phases (e.g., system, integration, user acceptance) to ensure solutions meet requirements and are defect-free.
  • Ensure all project activities and deliverables comply with RCBC and RBSC policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of progressive IT project management experience, including successfully leading complex projects.
  • Domain expertise in financial services or payments, with understanding of cards, payments, loans and related technologies.
  • Portfolio management experience with multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Vendor and stakeholder management experience with external vendors and diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Practical experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
