Product Operations (Fintech | Financial Services)

We're looking for a Project Manager / Product Operations professional to support the rollout of financial services products in the Philippine market.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end product rollouts (scoping, planning, launch, post-launch monitoring)

Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholders across product, tech, operations, and commercial teams

Track adoption and performance using data tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI)

Identify process gaps and propose lightweight solutions for faster scale

Prepare updates and align with local and regional leadership

What We're Looking For

1–4 years' experience in project management, product operations, or go-to-market execution

Background in fintech, payments, lending, banking, or e-wallets is a plus

Highly analytical, structured, and detail-oriented

Agile / PMP certification is an advantage
