Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Direct Response Creative Strategist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing high-performing Meta ad concepts across multiple products and customer avatars.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging direct response copy and creative briefs with strong hooks, pacing, and structure
  • Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, desires, and objections
  • Design ad concepts for various stages of the funnel - cold, warm, and hot traffic
  • Sources content from user-generated content creators across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and UGC marketplaces
  • Analyze performance and refine ad creative to improve conversions
  • Maintain clarity, speed, and attention to detail while working across multiple products and avatars
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in direct response or performance creative roles (e-commerce brand, agency, or affiliate)
  • In-depth knowledge of video pacing, ad storytelling, attention hooks, and scroll psychology
  • Strong direct response copywriting skills, especially for Meta video ads
  • Proven ability to analyze and optimize creative based on performance data
  • Experience working with UGC creators and content sourcing platforms
  • Able to leverage AI tools to increase output without compromising quality
  • Fast, detail-oriented, self-managed, and thrives in a remote, high-speed environment
  • Strong understanding of fundamental marketing principles and avatar-specific messaging

Prior experience in direct-to-consumer supplement brands is a plus.
