We are seeking a high-performing Paid Media Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute daily campaign strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid media platforms
  • Monitor and track ad campaign budgets daily to ensure proper pacing and performance
  • Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting related to paid media campaign performance
  • Support A/B testing efforts and contribute to experimentation strategies
  • Collaborate with the Performance Director on account strategy
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding campaign performance and progress
  • Share knowledge and best practices internally to drive team growth

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing performance campaigns (Google Ads and Meta)
  • Proven experience running paid ad campaigns specifically for Australian clients
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communicator and collaborative team player
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Data-driven approach to ad campaign management
  • Able to adapt quickly and respond to campaign performance challenges
  • Preferred But Not Essential
  • At least 2 years of agency-side experience
  • Confident in client communication and reporting
  • Experience with Google Looker Studio
  • Experience with A/B testing tools or platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
