Risk Management and Compliance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume a critical role in ensuring adherence to environmental, energy, occupational safety, mechanical, and electrical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues across environmental, occupational safety, mechanical, and electrical domains.
  • Develop and implement robust risk and compliance programs that mitigate risks, ensure adherence to regulations, and promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  • Monitor compliance of site operations with all applicable environmental, energy, occupational safety, mechanical, and electrical standards, ensuring that our operations align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Investigate and resolve risk and compliance issues promptly, thoroughly, and in accordance with established procedures, ensuring that root causes are addressed and recurrence is prevented.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in environmental, energy, occupational safety, mechanical, and electrical standards and regulations, including a deep understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and industry codes.

They will also have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders.

A strong leader and team player, this professional will be responsible for guiding and motivating others to embrace a culture of compliance, while managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks under pressure.
