Compliance Specialist

Gain a challenging role within the Pharma Business and LPC Country Teams across the Region.

Job Summary:

Provide professional support in the area of Code Compliance, Industry Code Applicability, Interaction with HealthCare Professionals, HealthCare Organizations and Patient Organizations. Offer expert advice on the correct interpretation of relevant policies.

  • Support the integrated compliance management system and effectiveness monitoring for certain risk areas.
  • Offer consultancy services on operational handling and code compliance.
  • Participate in web-based trainings and advise business and platform functions on organization and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance to the Pharma Business and LPC Country Teams on general recurring questions in the area of Code Compliance, Industry Code Applicability, Interaction with HealthCare Professionals, HealthCare Organizations and Patient Organizations.
  • Contribute to the integrated compliance management system and support the effectiveness monitoring for certain risk areas.
  • Deliver code compliance and anti-corruption consultancy services for operational handling.
  • Support the rollout and participation in LPC-driven web-based trainings, and advise business and platform functions on organization and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Academic degree English language as native speaker or comparable level; minimum fluent (oral and written) in one other language than the region's official language.
  • Skills/Experience:
    • Min of 1-3 years professional experience after graduation.
    • Effective communication and training skills, also vis-a-vis non-lawyers.
    • Goal-oriented, hands-on, proactive team player.
    • Good understanding of foreign cultures, ideally proven by time spent working overseas/abroad.
    • Knowledge of compliance management systems is desirable.
    • Knowledge of anti-corruption laws and codes related to the health care industry is helpful.
    • Willingness to develop in the area of compliance.
    • Good project management skills.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office and management tools.
