Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support our organizational function as a Coordinator of Employee Experience. You will assist with various activities and ensure the smooth execution of processes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for all employees.
  • Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and exploring opportunities to innovate and advance our operational backbone.
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in HR systems, and performance reviews in review platforms.
  • Manage employee data in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity and meeting employee experience processes.
  • Develop automation of processes in HR systems to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ownership of the operations space and HR documents, keeping them up-to-date and accurate.
  • Keep the operational playbook up to date with documented processes and links.
  • Labor market analysis, including surveys, review cycles, and impact conversations via updates.
  • Report on initiatives as required, including surveys, review cycles, and impact conversations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with HR platforms is preferred.
