Job Title: IT Project Lead

">Overview">

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Lead to join our team. As an IT Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the planning, execution, and completion of technology projects.

">Responsibilities">
  • Develop and implement project plans that ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with project owners and key stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Assist in implementing, cascading, operationalizing, and monitoring compliance of the project delivery framework.
">Qualifications">
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in managing IT projects or under the guidance of a Project Manager.
  • Leadership: Managed or co-managed projects with a sponsor at an executive level and at least 3-5 cross-functional project team members.
  • Project: Lead or manage at least 3 IT projects (small to midsize).
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any 4-year business course.
  • Licenses: None Required.
  • Certifications: Training in globally accepted project management standards is advantageous.
