Lead Development Coach

We are seeking an experienced Lead Development Coach to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conducting training sessions, fostering skill development, and enhancing team performance.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing, organizing, and delivering training programs for new hires and existing team members.
  • Assessing training needs and customizing materials to address specific knowledge or skill gaps.
  • Facilitating interactive and practical training sessions to enhance employee engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with department heads and managers to ensure training supports business goals and operational needs.
  • Maintaining up-to-date training materials and resources in alignment with company standards and industry best practices.
  • Providing ongoing coaching and support to trainees post-training to ensure successful application of learned skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trainer, Training Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
  • Tech-savviness, with the ability to use online training tools and platforms effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing priorities.
