Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to support missionaries in their first twelve weeks in the field. The successful candidate will provide training and guidance using Preach My Gospel principles and other resources.

Main Responsibilities
  • Meet with missionaries one-on-one to provide instruction, counsel, and feedback through coaching and facilitation.
  • Plan and prepare sessions following an approved curriculum to meet each missionary's needs.
  • Direct missionaries in planning and accounting for their learning, ensuring continued growth and understanding of In-Field MLD practices and PMG curriculum.
  • Report on progress and needs to leadership, attending weekly training meetings and one-on-ones.
Key Qualifications
  • A returned missionary or a teacher at a Missionary Training Center with high proficiency in English communication skills.
  • An excellent coach with strong facilitation and training abilities, having knowledge of Preach My Gospel.
  • The ability to train remotely through video calls, with strong interpersonal and prioritizing skills.
