Job Title: Call Quality Coach

This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients by providing quality call and email assessments, coaching sessions, reporting, and training suggestions to drive sales opportunities, customer experience programs, and staff engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assessments of sales and service calls & emails
  • Facilitate feedback and coaching sessions with clients
  • Deliver induction and training sessions remotely and in person
  • Contribute to training strategy and deliverables
  • Build client rapport and identify improvement opportunities
  • Recognise and act on sales opportunities
  • Participate in team meetings and calibration sessions

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales/customer service roles and 5+ years in leadership or coaching roles. They should also have experience assessing inbound & outbound calls and emails, as well as SME business environment experience.
