Customer Service Excellence Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated customer service professional to join our team. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via email and chat.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both in English and Spanish, and have a strong background in customer service. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate support

Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (C1 or above) and excellent English communication skills
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently
- Strong team player with a proactive mindset
