Software Quality Assurance Professional

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. You will collaborate closely with the QA team to analyze requirements, derive test scenarios, and execute comprehensive test cases.

  • Analyze provided requirements and specifications
  • Develop a suitable test plan and strategy
  • Prioritize and schedule testing activities
  • Create detailed test scenarios, cases, and data
  • Validate tests and provide accurate defect reports
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams on defect tracking and resolution
  • Conduct UI, sanity, functional, regression, component, and end-to-end testing
Key Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in software testing
  • Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for managing test plans, executing tests, and generating reports
  • Proven experience in testing web and mobile applications, as well as kiosk-based systems
  • Familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Hands-on experience in: Requirements analysis, Test planning, Test case detailing, and Defect tracking
  • Strong understanding of defect reporting, tracking, and management
  • Experience working with database operations and API calls
  • Able to quickly learn custom development frameworks and new technologies
  • Able to work effectively under minimal supervision and tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
