Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary package.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software releases
- Design and execute automated tests using industry-standard tools like Selenium
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize defects, ensuring timely resolution
- Contribute to the development of testing strategies and methodologies that align with business goals
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on test cases and test data planning
- Identify and document process improvements for testing and quality assurance
As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize defects, ensuring timely resolution. Your expertise in manual and automated testing, as well as your knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, will be essential in delivering high-quality software releases.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in a similar field
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools, including Selenium
- Hands-on experience with issue tracking and test management tools like Jira and GitHub Issues
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
