Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Office Administrator. This full-time position plays a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Country Manager and act as liaison with our headquarters' departments, providing general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with HQ departments for administrative coordination.
  • Manage office supplies, scheduling, and internal communications.
  • Assist the Country Manager with daily administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Support basic bookkeeping and expense tracking (as needed).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administrative assistance and office administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
