We are seeking a skilled Lead Generator to join our team. As a remote role, you will work independently and be responsible for identifying potential clients through outbound calls and booking appointments for our sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Source and categorize leads using tools like Google Maps
- Maintain and update CRM data, including follow-up reminders and contact details
- Qualify leads (hot, warm, cold)
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to track progress
- Contribute ideas and strategies to improve lead generation efforts
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or telesales
- Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
