Accounting Professional Wanted

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and ensure adherence to relevant standards.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes to ensure timely completion and accuracy of financial reports.
  • Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and other general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and prevent errors.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes.
  • Provide financial insights and support to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Proven expertise in Xero accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
