We are seeking a skilled Compensation Professional to join our team.
About the Role:- This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced compensation expert to oversee and manage client engagements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage payroll operations, including monthly, fortnightly, and ad-hoc pay runs.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve and enhance payroll processes.
- Lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional payroll services.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Payroll Manager in a large organization.
- Strong knowledge of global payroll systems, including Workday, ADP Global View, and/or Ramco Payce Global Payroll.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with change management principles and adaptability to complex organizational environments.
The ideal candidate will possess strong coaching and mentoring skills and be able to demonstrate leadership experience.
