Job Title: Sales Compensation Professional

The Sales Compensation Professional plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of bonus and commission programs.

This individual will be responsible for owning and overseeing data, processes, and controls that guarantee the precision of compensation calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and maintaining quarterly compensation workbooks independently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Managing end-to-end company-wide compensation processes, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations.
  • Maintaining sensitive and confidential information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities:

Addressing complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly, collaborating with revenue operations teams on systems improvements for commissions, and providing ad-hoc and regular reporting, analysis, and key projects for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Creating complex spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations in Microsoft Excel with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining exceptional attention to detail, engaging and communicating confidently with senior leaders and C-Suite executives, and clear and coherent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role.
