Key Support Roles

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative professional with marketing expertise to support our daily operations, responsibilities, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Operations: Manage calendars, maintain databases, oversee equipment maintenance, arrange travel, correspondence, create expense reports, and ensure inbox optimization.
  • Client & Business Development: Triage inbound inquiries, maintain CRM systems, assist in business development activities, send welcome packages to clients.
  • Communications & Marketing: Update website content, manage online entries, research journalist contacts, support founders in initiatives, manage social media content, coordinate projects.
  • HR & Finance: Maintain payroll systems, onboarding/offboarding, draft contracts, manage leave protocols, support recruitment processes, process accounts payable/receivable, perform bookkeeping reconciliations.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in executive assistance, communications, or marketing roles.
  • Ability to work effectively, build relationships, and communicate independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and results-driven mentality.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, Microsoft Word.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools is beneficial.
  • Flexibility in working hours when needed.
Preferred Skills:
  • Marketing and social media experience.
