The ideal candidate has proven experience in a healthcare setting, excellent English communication skills, and familiarity with EHR/EMR systems.

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to patients through various communication channels.
Strong candidates have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (training provided if necessary)
- Ability to work U.S. business hours and coordinate with a remote team
