Marketing Operations and E-Commerce Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Operations and E-Commerce Specialist to join our team at Music Tribe Commercial MY Sdn. Bhd.

Job Summary:

  1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and brand awareness.
  2. E-Commerce Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences and optimal inventory management.
  3. SEO and SEM Campaigns: Manage SEO and SEM campaigns to improve organic search rankings and maximize paid search ROI.
  4. Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with the content team to create and manage engaging content for digital channels.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze data trends, and generate reports to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and the implementation team to ensure a cohesive approach to digital marketing and e-commerce.
  7. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  8. Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  2. 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  4. Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  5. Exposure to e-commerce and CMS platforms is a plus.
  6. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  8. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
