**Job Title:** Product Quality Assurance Specialist**Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Product Quality Assurance Specialist to conduct thorough quality assurance testing on our web applications. This entails examining the entire functionality of our web applications across various browsers and platforms, as well as identifying and reporting any issues or defects discovered.

**Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Quality Testing and Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality assurance testing on web and mobile applications, with a strong emphasis on product requirements and specifications.
  • Testing Methods and Strategies: Employ various testing methodologies such as manual, integration, regression, user acceptance, and others to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Multi-Platform Testing: Perform testing across multiple platforms, including cross-browser and UI/UX testing, to guarantee consistency and usability.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop test plans, peer-review, and execute test cases to guarantee product quality.
  • Bug Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed bug and test reports to facilitate issue resolution and process improvement.
  • Product Documentation: Maintain up-to-date product documentation to align with organizational expectations.
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Participate in the team's entire SDLC and provide insights on product quality and user experience enhancements.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Testing Experience: Strong experience in preparing test plans, executing test cases, and performing cross-browser, UI/UX testing.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in HTML, CSS, and testing across operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) with attention to front-end quality.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent detail orientation with the ability to document and align testing with product requirements.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in the SDLC.
