Highly Skilled IT Systems Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Systems Analyst to join our team.
About the RoleThe IT Systems Analyst will be responsible for determining the IT business needs of the organization by creating business scenarios, system flowcharts and acceptance criteria. This involves working closely with process owners and system users to prepare test scenarios and develop comprehensive test plans. The successful candidate will also conduct thorough system/software testing and propose solutions to address bugs and errors found during the test phase.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the IT business needs of the organization by creating business scenarios, system flowcharts and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare test scenarios given by process owners and system users. Develop a comprehensive test plan including a test schedule, system/module to be tested, databases/tables/data to be tested, test scenarios and expected results.
- Conduct thorough system/software testing and propose solutions to address bugs and errors found during the test phase.
- Continuously assess and benchmark existing systems for inefficiencies in resource utilization, user experience and competitor's alternative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in Software Quality Assurance, Software User Acceptance, Testing, System Documentation.
- Working knowledge of programming languages, databases and server application solutions.
- Basic IT support services such as software and applications trouble shooting and use of commonly used software products (e.g., MS Office, MS Windows and Internet tools).
- Basic Networking Skills.
- Sound Documentation and Communication Skills.
