Infrastructure Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to lead the design, deployment and management of scalable infrastructure systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy high availability infrastructure systems using on-premises, cloud or hybrid environments.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts using Terraform, Ansible and Helm.
  • Build and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines using GitHub Actions and other relevant tools.
  • Implement robust monitoring, logging and alerting systems for real-time visibility into system performance.
  • Ensure infrastructure is secure, resilient and highly available, supporting auto-scaling where applicable.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to enable fast and reliable deployment cycles.
  • Work with IT and Support teams to troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Deep expertise in:
  1. Kubernetes administration (CKA or similar certifications are a plus).
  2. Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  • Strong experience with:
  1. CI/CD tools (especially GitHub Actions).
  2. Helm charts and package management.
  3. Monitoring and observability solutions (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana).
  4. Scripting (Bash, Python).
  5. Linux system administration.
Preferred Skills
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, especially AWS and Azure.
  • Exposure to MLOps workflows and large language model (LLM) deployment.
  • Experience provisioning Kubernetes clusters on bare metal or virtual machines (e.g. using kubeadm, Cluster API or similar tools).
