Job Overview

The Senior Account Manager position entails overseeing a business's financial operations, encompassing purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, payroll, and payments.

This role requires collaboration with the Accountant to foster strong client relationships, perform reconciliations, and manage accounting systems, including Dext, Uncat, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, and related software.

A successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, QBO Pro-Advisor Certification, proficiency in cloud accounting technology and practice management systems, high accuracy and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Collaborate with the Accountant to maintain strong client relationships
  • Perform reconciliations and manage accounting systems
  • Process payroll, including reconciliation and troubleshooting

The ideal candidate will be proactive in conducting research, resolving issues, and adapting to process improvements. They must also possess a professional demeanor in handling inquiries and maintaining updated records.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • QBO Pro-Advisor Certification
