Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled litigation assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver with the ability to review and summarize complex medical records, financial documents, and case materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Review and Summarization: The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and summarizing an average of 20 active litigation cases within a timeframe of 36 hours. This requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Discovery Response: The selected candidate will draft substantive responses to discovery, including form interrogatories, special interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions. A high level of proficiency in writing and communication is essential for this role.
  • Information Organization: The chosen candidate will organize and compile information, evidence, witnesses, document logs, spreadsheets, charts, etc., to support attorney review. This requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and attention to detail.
