Job Description

This is a full-time opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Providing product information and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and sales targets
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
