Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to fill a key role in our organization. This position combines technical marketing expertise with administrative efficiency to support and execute various digital marketing initiatives.

This individual will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and social media channels. They will also be tasked with monitoring and managing social media presence across platforms, including content scheduling and community engagement.

  • Implement and manage automated email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach programs
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and prepare comprehensive performance reports
  • Set up and maintain Google My Business listings
  • Build and manage targeted audience lists across various marketing platforms
Key Responsibilities
  1. Digital Marketing Management: Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and social media channels
  2. Social Media Management: Monitor and manage social media presence across platforms, including content scheduling and community engagement
  3. Email Marketing: Implement and manage automated email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach programs
  4. SEO Audits: Conduct regular SEO audits and prepare comprehensive performance reports
  5. Google My Business: Set up and maintain Google My Business listings
  6. Audience Management: Build and manage targeted audience lists across various marketing platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Strong proficiency in social media management tools and scheduling platforms
  • Experience with email marketing automation and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools and best practices
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Proficiency in website content management systems
  • Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
  • Knowledge of Go High Level platform
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
