Job Description

As an IT Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of various projects. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with developers and technical teams to track progress, resolve blockers, and align priorities.

Some of the key tasks you will perform include maintaining and updating project boards, translating business requirements into actionable project tasks, and defining and tracking daily and weekly priorities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. You should also have experience working directly with developers and managing project interdependencies.

Additionally, you will need to have a proven ability to structure project activities and tasks in a clear, actionable manner. Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Azure Dev Ops would be beneficial.

  • Must-Haves:
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience coordinating IT or software development projects
    • Strong background in working directly with developers and managing project interdependencies
    • Proven ability to structure project activities and tasks in a clear, actionable manner
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Nice to Have:
    • Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Azure Dev Ops
    • Knowledge of Azure or other cloud-based platforms
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications
    • Experience handling basic bookkeeping such as bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasts in Xero
    • Strong writing skills with the ability to research and present findings concisely
    • Experience managing professional content such as LinkedIn profiles
