We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring our customers are satisfied with our products.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company. We're looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Order Management:
    • Process clients' orders, refunds, and product exchanges efficiently
    • Organize and maintain the order of replacement products to ensure a smooth pick/pack/ship process
  • Customer Service:
    • Serve as the front-line responder for customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and courteous service
    • Manage and record the status of customer replacements, and report on trends regarding product issues that arise
    • Solve problems to provide the best possible experience for our customers
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work directly with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer needs and improve processes
    • Provide feedback to the organization on how to better manage and address issues that arise
  • Administrative Support:
    • Perform weekly cleanup of files to ensure data is current and organized
    • Upsell other products as necessary to meet customer needs and company goals
    • Handle other responsibilities as assigned, based on experience level and job growth
  • Influencer Outreach:
    • Assist in identifying, contacting, and managing partnerships with influencers to support brand awareness and community engagement
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time to support the team and company objectives
