Remote Customer Service Position

We are seeking highly motivated Remote Customer Service Specialists to support a variety of customer-facing initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients.
As a key member of our team, you will handle incoming inquiries, proactively engage with existing customers, and promote new products and services while delivering exceptional service quality.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Prior experience in call center environments and residence within a reasonable distance from our office location are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional and efficient customer service via inbound and outbound calls.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints on the first call through active problem-solving.
- Research and retrieve relevant information across systems to support customer needs.
- Accurately document interactions and process claims in a timely manner.
- Guide customers through available options to find suitable solutions.
- Adhere to established scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.
- Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with ongoing training, updates, and program knowledge.
- Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in call center environments
- Work-from-home experience
- Strong command of the English language
- Typing speed of 20+ words per minute
- High-speed internet connection
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
- Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
