Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Channel Marketing Specialist to join our team in the LATAM region. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a joint solution across leading brands and transform the telecommunications market with a breakthrough cloud communications solution.

As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing activities in support of sales and partner objectives, including demand generation, sales enablement, relationship management, product release and launches, customer marketing, competitive analysis, and ensuring marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Generation - Developing and executing marketing activities to grow sales pipeline and drive new revenues.
  • Sales Enablement - Creating sales tools and training materials to empower sales teams.
  • Relationship Management - Building strong working relationships with LATAM service providers and partner teams.
  • Product Release and Launches - Leading the development and execution of comprehensive GTM plans for new product launches, features, and updates.
  • Customer Marketing - Working with partners to develop customer case studies and testimonials for awareness.
  • Compete Analysis - Delivering competitive analysis on regional UC and CC markets.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • 4-8 years of experience in Channel Marketing required with experience managing National Partners preferred.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) at a business level.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related degree.
  • Able to develop and implement customer-specific marketing programs independently.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
